The most successful video we have produced so far - nearly one million views! In this video we tackled the subject of machining your own soft jaws to help locate your part, and improve accuracy and repeatability.
It was a ton of work and am proud to say that I shot, chopped and animated this video myself. The video was edited in Adobe Premiere, with compositing in Adobe After Effects, and the 3D Animations were done in Cinema 4D

How to Properly Cut Lathe Soft Jaws
The challenge with this video was to give customers a better understanding of the tremendous amount of manufacturing engineering that goes into just one component of a complex product like a machine tool. Our goal was to produce a video that was engaging and educational with high enough production value that it felt like a cable television show.

I am very proud to be a part of the hugely successful web series "Haas Tip of the Day". These videos were all produced in-house by our marketing team, written by the talented Mark Terryberry.
This G98 and G99 video is a perfect example of a technical programming concept used in CNC Machining, that we were able to simplify into an easy to understand video, that has racked up over 40k views to date!
